Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they're unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Sale and clearance items are final and can't be returned unless faulty. To start a return or exchange, contact our support team with your order number and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Once your return is received and checked, we'll process your refund to the original payment method — this can take a few business days to reflect on your statement.
